2.2 Account Crediting

Once payment is completed, the points will be automatically added to your account balance, usually within 10-15 minutes. In case of any delays exceeding 24 hours, please contact our customer support team with your payment details.

2.3 Digital Product Delivery

All digital products can be downloaded immediately after redemption but do not include free updates unless explicitly stated otherwise. Download links remain accessible for 5 days (120 hours) after redemption. We recommend downloading and backing up your purchases promptly.

2.4 Technical Support

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Refund Consideration Period

We consider refunds within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis, with no unconditional refunds offered. Due to increasing fraud (purchasing a product and then requesting a refund to retain it for free), refunds are only granted in specific circumstances outlined below.

3.2 Digital Nature of Products

Since our products are digital downloads, their use cannot be restricted post-download. Refunds will only be considered within 30 days from the purchase date, and you must contact our technical support team before requesting a refund.

3.3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds WILL be granted if:

  • The product is entirely unusable or has license restrictions that prevent use, and our support team is unable to assist.
  • You've contacted support but received no assistance as per our Support Policy.

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • You did not contact support before requesting a refund.
  • You refuse to provide adequate proof that the product doesn't work or refuse to cooperate with support.
  • You downloaded the wrong product, changed your mind, or no longer need the product.
  • You lack the expertise to use the product properly or did not review the documentation.
  • The product isn't compatible with your WordPress, plugins, or server environment.
  • The product did not meet your expectations—please review the sales page carefully before purchase.
  • The product requires a license key for automatic updates but functions without other license restrictions.
  • You damaged your site during installation or lost data.
  • You wish to convert points back into money or no longer plan to use the service.
  • The refund period has passed (more than 30 days after purchase).

3.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are only issued for the full amount of purchased points, and partial refunds are not supported. Any fees deducted by payment systems are non-refundable. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. SUPPORT POLICY

We only offer support for products purchased on CODIFOREST. Before contacting us, please ensure you have reviewed the product documentation and FAQ sections to see if your question has already been addressed.

4.2 Support Channels and Response Time

Support is provided exclusively through tickets submitted via the website (Main Menu > Support > Create Ticket). Support requests are processed on business days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT +3), generally within 24-48 hours. In periods of high volume, it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive a response.

4.3 Support Coverage

Support covers:

  • Installation guidance and troubleshooting
  • Technical questions about products and their functionality
  • Assistance with sample data import
  • Help with updates or migration
  • Licensing issues
  • General WordPress support related to our products

Support does NOT cover:

  • Product installation or configuration services
  • Product modifications or customization
  • Demo data installation services
  • Custom programming or freelancing work

4.4 Support Duration

7.2 Technical Issues
